Alix Douyon is the visionary founder and principal broker of Dominican Real Estate Group Int’l, leading the company’s day-to-day operations with passion, integrity, and unmatched market knowledge.
Originally from the United States, Alix holds a degree in Marketing Administration and Sales from the University of Maryland. He began his real estate career in Florida, where he earned his license and successfully worked in one of the nation’s most competitive housing markets.
In 2019, Alix relocated to what he fondly calls “Heaven on Earth”—the Dominican Republic—and has since devoted himself entirely to helping clients navigate the local real estate landscape with confidence.
Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Creole, Alix offers truly personalized service to a global clientele, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience no matter your language, goals, or investment level.
